About China Staying in Europe for a while, I've found quite some western peoople have prejudice or negative concept of China, and it's also not easy to do team work.

I am sorry to hear this. My Australian high school has a sister school in China and when we went on a study tour there it was good for everyone to see that students and teachers have the same problems.Just continue to be friendly and I am sure that others will soon realize that you are a great member of the team. Good luck.

That must be difficult for you. Intercultural communication requires effort by all parties. Our world is changing rapidly, and not all of us can keep up with things. Often our ideas are based upon conditions as they were, not as they are currently.
