Which is the correct usage for grammar?

" The company was established in 1992." or " The company was founded in 1992."

hey, i looked up the dictionary for these 2 words. By comparison u will know which one is better and more suitable.

FOUND  --- to build a support in the ground for a large structure such as a building or road

ESTABLISH --- to start a company or organization that will continue for a long time
