Indirect donations, effective and fair nursing care practices, other small good deeds that I offer to people should feel good, it should make you think like you've done a good deed.
Though the patients I get aren't all necessarily good people considering their background/reading their psychology---it's me trying to do a good deed but for criminals. You have to be smart about how you help out certain people, but it doesn't make me feel good that I help the unmoral people. I don't have a choice as a nurse, but to provide service for these people is sometimes hard to do effectively. Other donations I make are mainly to support criminals, all my good deeds are to help out the people but the people are choosing bad decisions and that's who I'm helping. I try to wear the fantasy glasses and ignore my intuition sometimes, but the reality is always there.

I think for some criminals death is not fair enough! I mean, we should keep'em alive so that they suffer a miserable life. Certainly, some of them would rather be dead than living a sad life full of regrets. Because deep down, they all want a normal life. Nobody’s born criminal. They are made criminals under harsh circumstances. Last but not least, maybe in the future the criminals you help become good people and contribute to their country's development.
