The best way to speak confidently in English is to ………

·         Practice what you have learned by using it when you speak. This will also help you remember what you have learned.

·         Find a teacher who will correct you gently. This way you will make progress, without having your confidence destroyed by harsh correction.

·          Start small. Take small steps to using more spoken English. Build on these small steps when you feel ready.

·         Be brave!  We all know it can feel uncomfortable speaking in a foreign language. Take a deep breath and try!

·         Talking with and understanding a native English speaker can give a real boost to your confidence.
