It kind of depends on which type of work you are talking about, but generally I would look for people who are energetic, positive, and knowledgeable about the type of work at hand. If you want me to narrow it down to the single "most important character trait" it would be "positive attitude" (i.e. somebody who smiles a lot, works hard, and has a positive effect on other people). Are you looking for a job, or are you employing people? Which type of work are we talking about here? Haha, thanks~~~
