I had known a co-worker who was a hermaphrodite. No one at the office could easily determine if this person was a man or a woman. The hermaphrodite was considering a gender transformation operation to change from a hermaphrodite into a man. The hermaphrodite had been using the women's restroom. If it would've had a gender transformation from a hermaphrodite to a male, then it would have been using the men's restroom instead of the women's restroom.  I would have been careful not to share use of the restroom at the same time as this person who had been changed from a hermaphrodite into a man.

Well, unfortunately in some parts of the world (including parts of the US), people can't come out for fear of unfortunate consequences they might have to suffer. GLTG people, like many other minorities and groups of people, have had to fight long hard for what equality and fair treatment they now have.
