For listening you can do with on-screen transcription as a guide.

For speaking you can try to think in phrases. Equip yourself with more ready-made phrases as well as practise making phrases with any vocabulary word you come across.

Find series that you like and watch as much as you can! Put yourself a challenge, try to think a topic in this foreign language. Soon you will find yourself thinking in this language without doing it consciously. ;)

I agree, watch many shows with your native languages subtitles, it helps!

and the problem is how i can think in english without thinking in my native spanish because that is my problem i need to traslate in spanish for understanding the context thank you so much
