I want to be a good leader. I have been studying leadership theories and bringing it practically into my business. I have highlighted some real facts that people have body, mind heart and spirit which can help each individual in delegating work and get things done. Most of the people are to be behaved by leaderes as things. They are to managed not led. 

What I want to say is a leader by himself can not handle everything. In order to get things done, a leader must make responsible to people whom an authority is being given. That person should judge the situation by himself and should be boss as well. What leader can do is help him when he needs. Then there will occur growth.
