I'm learning English too. I think the reason  why we cannot talk is that we pay attention to grammar and we don't feel relax. At least it's for me:)

the same is happened with me... i dont know how speak fluently !! i am lloking for a good person with pacience to teach me!! i could teach spanish... i hope we could to find a good partner to practice!! good luck
