Try Spaced Repetion Learning with handwritten or electronic flashcards.  The interval is 5 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, year.  It's pretty scientific.  Many different sites have useful vocab lists or you could start learning with a book.  Start giving yourself a foundation with grammar and basic words then move to more advanced vocabularly.

Start speaking practice here too, 3 or 4 times a week can really help you reinforce the vocab you know.

一开始好像确实没有什么好办法，音读的词要慢慢学会规律，之后音读名词会很容易记忆。但是形容词副词和动词确实很难。加油。
