At first it is quite difficult for the learner (getting excited and being hesitant), later on it is difficult for the teacher :) (because if the learner cannnot express himself/herself it is not easy to understand what (s)he tries to say)

J'ai eu le trac au début, puis je me suis détendue et j'ai pris l'habitude. C'est juste un peu dur au début mais persévère ! Courage ! 

It can take a bit of getting used to, but in my experience it becomes easy and enjoyable :)
