I have 2 recommendations:

1) Converse in english a lot.

2) Say "spoken english" instead of "oral english".

Do more oral exercises:-)

To improve my spoken english I do some "tongue twisters" or english pronunciation exercises
I find them very helpful .
I recommend to do the same .
