Who killed more than 50 millions of Indians in south America ? Muslims ?? Who took about 180 millions of African people as slaves and 88% of them died and was thrown in Atlantic ocean ? Muslims ?? No , They weren't Muslims!!! First of all, You have to define terrorism properly... If a non-Muslim do something bad..it is crime. But if a Muslim commit same..he is terrorist... So first remove this double standard...then come to the point!!!
Anyone who thinks that all Muslims are terrorists is ignorant. I haven't studied a whole lot about Islam, however I do know that it does NOT promote terrorism in any shape or form. Muslim terrorists don't define Islam. Muslim terrorists define Muslim terrorists, and that's it.

I think there is quite alot of sense to what the scholar says. My own personal belief is that we are all citizens of the world and are personally responable for the future of humanity.
Personally I’d say that at least 90% of all Muslims are law-abiding and absolutely non-violent citizens, however Islam as a religion, now I am not going to say that it promotes violence or terrorism, but just like any other Abrahamic religion it clearly promotes classicism, in Islam you have the monotheist Muslims who will surely go to heaven and paradise” janat al-ferdoos/جنة الفردوس "and on the other hand you have the polytheist non-Muslims who will shall be burnt in hell “Jahannamجهنم/” for eternity irrespective of how good and moral they were, I believe this very Islamic concept which is firmly believed by almost every single Muslim, Is the root of all evil.
