Yoga is great, so is a daily walk. Tons of vegetables, especially dark leafy greens,have to be dark, good oils, extra virgin olive oil, sleep, no meat, no wheat, and most important be happy!

I try to do sports like running, ice-skating, skiing. I drink just pure water and try to avoid fried food or other junky food. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits. And at the end of every shower I drench myself with cold water which helps me to be more immune against illnesses.

I try to walk, I don't life violent sports, I walk because I really enjoy walking, it is good for desteressing. I practice swimming 1 time a week too, which is really soft as a sport.

for eating , this is the problem, I like sweets :)
