Looking for someone practice Spanish with! Necessito hablar!

I would love a tutor or even just someone willing to spend some time talking roughly each day. I need to learn Spanish fairly quickly. If we could do 4 days a week, that would even be helpful! I just need to speak and attempt to not sound like I'm 3 years old. I am a nurse and will be a nurse practitioner soon, I need to be able to speak with patients.
