You can find Chinese edition of “who moved my cheese?”.

In fact, i guess there are not too much of nonfiction graphic novels in any languages,

if you want to learn Chinese, you may have some Chinese edition  of the water babies, pollyanna, the wind in the willows, daddy long legs, alice's adventures in wonderland.......

You can try  小儿书 if you know Chinese characters, but the stories are not new at all. I just googled a random one:    http://www.52xrs.com

Or if you are in China, you can rent the Japanese graphic novels printed in Chinese characters.
