What does the expresion "why tho" mean?
Also, I'm curious about what does "tho" mean? I've read sentences like "I like tho". Sometimes instead of tho people write though.

People say "Why, though" when they feel they werent given, or didn't have, a sufficient explanation.
For example:
I heard that Albert gave his friend $1000.
Why, though? What was the reason?
Tho is just a shortened, colloquial version of though, similar to how people write:
How r u? Instead of how are you?

It's simply "But why?" with an abbreviated 'though'.
