What does "backstory" mean?
Can you explain it in the context of this image?

According to my dictionary, a backstory is a narrative providing a history or background context, especially for a character or situation in a literary work, film, or dramatic series. Therefore, in the context of that image, we learn that that poor sod is pitifully bound to suffer a large number of disgraceful accidents primarily related to slipping on a wet floor, tripping on while walking, falling down the stairs and what have you.
I wouldn’t like definitely to be in their shoes. 😱
