Find "Radio garden" on the internet. It will let you search for online radio stations all over the country. Out west there are even some stations run by American Indians such as the Navaho tribe. There is or was a late night show I think now called "After dark". It has assorted people claiming to have been abducted by aliens, people talking with spirits, bigfoot. Lot of nonsense with some occasionally interesting. Like the retired head exorcist for the Catholic Church. It used to come on at midnight I really recommend Joe Rogan's podcast on Youtube. Great variety of guests NPR has some good content but too much leftist bs for me.

My recommendation is NPR (National Public Radio). They do mostly news, but also have a number of shoes dealing with politics, finance, humor, food… It is generally clearly spoken, proper, high-level English.
