Can I say " Tomorrow is your first lesson." ?
I want to say that " Tomorrow will be the day for your very first lesson.

"Your first lesson is tomorrow." or "Tomorrow is your first lesson."
Short is good. Either way around is acceptable.

“Tomorrow will be your first lesson” would also work.

You can say, "Tomorrow is your first lesson." or you could also say "Tomorrow will be the day of your first lesson."
However, the second option feels a bit formal. I would suggest using the first option.
