I went to a Korean rice cake hot pot all-you-can-eat restaurant tonight. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant in Taiwan, it’s relatively cheap, only costs NTD 329 per person. We made an extra order for the cheese and meat. It’s so good to dip all the food with cheese. What I like most was that we cook the Korean instant noodle with cheese. This was my first time to eat different kinds of Korean rice cake, noodle shape, short one, grass flavor, purple rice flavor, and so on... They all tasted differently, some were soft, some were chewy. Besides, you needed to make the soup on your own. There were buffet tables placed with nearly ten kinds of Korean sauce. I made my mild spicy sauce, boiled it in the broth, and ate the hot pot with vegetables, meat, mushrooms, rice cake, fish cake... At the end, I used the remaining thick soup to stir fried the rice! I am stuffed😂
