I want to enjoy the seassons. The changes in the weather. And don't complain every time about the cons.  I Like the hot in the Summer, the wind in the fall, the wind in the winter and the rain in the spring.  And what Is more a Like the changes.

I enjoy each season, how the weather changes from season to season. I like the heat in summer, the wind in fall, the wind in winter, and the rain in spring. And never complain about these things that make each season so unique.
1. I got rid of "want to enjoy" because it sounds like you already do enjoy each season 2. You like all four seasons, so it sounds more natural to say "each season" than "the seasons" 3. "The changes in the weather" is fine too, but I think the corrected version is clearer 4. "The cons" didn't sound natural here—but it was hard to think of a different word— so I moved that sentence down and tried to write something close to what you said 5. "Don't complain every time" is not grammatically correct. "Never complain" is.
