Today I want to write about how I care my nails for these are long, strong and healthy. My routine is this: Monday: I cut a clove of garlic and to rub for all my nails for five minutes before go to bed, this help to grow strong. Tuesday: I rub a half of lemon for my nails for five minutes and after rinse with water, you must to do this at night for avoid spots on the skin. Wednesday: This day I put my hands in a bowl with vinegar and water, 3/4 must be water and 1/4 vinegar; the vinegar can be white vinegar or apple vinegar, for ten minutes, after just let dry. This help to clean yellow nails. Thursday(optional): Other option for clean nails is to rub with white dental pasta our nails for five minutes and after wash with water. Friday: This day you can put a oil that you prefer on your nails and massage your nails and fingers for five minutes or simply this day you don't do anything and rest your nails. ;)
