What I am not good at is controlling my eating behavior, including food amount. I'm not overweight, but I don't have the discipline for food. I have the discipline for studying, but probably forcing me to study and forcing me not to eat a lot are different kinds of skills. Haha. I don't eat junk food at all, but I should control portions. I stay home all the time, so I need to control my food behavior. Do you have any tips for controlling food behavior?

What I am not good at is controlling my eating behavior, and this includes how much I eat. I'm not overweight, but I don't have discipline when it comes to my food portions. I have the discipline for studying; however, forcing myself to study and forcing myself not to eat a lot are two different things (haha!). I don't eat junk food at all, but I should control my portions. I stay home all the time, so I need to control my behavior towards food. Do you have any tips for controlling your food portions?
Using smaller bowls and plates can help because it looks like you have more food even though the portion is smaller. Putting more vegetables on your plate can also help because there is less room for unhealthy things :))

It's a good thing not to eat junk food. Try not to go grocery shopping when you are hungry, increase the protein portion of your meals if you can and avoid eating too many times a day (especially snacks between meals).
