Very nice email! Your paragraph structure is elegant and the tone is usually clear. It may help to practice the past perfect tense and the past participle tense. It is also okay to use fewer transition phrases (such as “on the other hand” or “in addition”) in informal writing.

I don't know the requirements, I guess: Explain what you have been doing Say what you want your friend to do Explain why you think they can do it Maybe the requirements refer to a job.
