Choose vs chose I always thought chose was present tense was "choose" and past tense was "chose" but then I keep getting corrected that it's "chose" for present tense or I see it written "chose". So which is the present tense and which is the past tense. BTW, should I be saying "the present tense" or just "present tense"?

Choose - present tense Chose - past tense Chosen - past participle 'Choose' and 'chose' can sound pretty similar. Are you sure people aren't just correcting your pronunciation? If you see it written, it's probably just a typo or a bad autocorrect.

Going back to "choose" and using it as in the "lose" example. Would it be correct to say (forget the meaning of this sentence) "I'm glad to be choosing you"? Not "chosing you"
