Faist of all, the leader is known as a group of individuals. And guide people in the right way. Some people say the office or the position of the reader. There are so many definitions. Also, there are many bad leaders and good readers in the world. There is a story; It's about a woman, she has been working small company. When she started working, She had not had special abilities. Over the few years, She read many books about communication skills and negotiation skills, and through the experiences, she has gained confidence; probably, she has got something. Meanwhile, people gradually followed her. Finally, She became an office leader. As seen above, I think leadership isn't an innate skill. Whether we have an innate skill or not, It doesn't matter to become a leader.

First of all, the leader is known as someone who can be found in a group of individuals, and guide them to the right direction. Some people say the office or the position of the reader (it's a bit difficult to understand what you have been trying to convey in this part. Please if you can rewrite it in Japanese for me 😊). There are so many definitions. Also, there are many bad leaders and good readers in the world. (This one as well please😊) There is a story about a woman who has been working in a small company. When she started to work, She had no any special abilities. Over the few years, She read many books about communication skills and negotiation skills, and through her experiences, she has gained confidence; probably, she has got something. Meanwhile, people gradually followed her. Finally, She became an office leader. As seen in this story, I think leadership isn't an innate skill. Whether we have an innate skill or not, It doesn't have to be related to becoming a leader.
The question is if she became a good leader tough ! 😂

First of all, the leader is known from a group of individuals and guide people in the right direction. Some people say the office or the position of the leader (I don't know what you mean by that). There are so many definitions. Also, there are many bad leaders and good leaders in the world. There is a story; it's about a woman who has been working in/for a small company. When she started working, she had not any special abilities. Over a few years/ Over the years, she read many books about communication and negotiation skills, and through her experiences she gained confidence; probably she had something. Meanwhile, people gradually/progressively started to follow her. Finally, she became an office leader. As seen above, I think leadership isn't an innate skill. Whether we have an innate skill or not, It doesn't matter when it comes to becoming a leader.
Collocations: IN the right direction, ON the right path. Otherwise try to remain consistent in the use of tenses, you tend to switch from the past to the present perfect or present simple. When you are telling a story, it implies that the action is completed in the past, so you should stick to past simple. Good work, keep it up.
