My hometown is located in the middle of nowhere - a village in the southern part of China. The attached photos were taken 6 years ago. It was a hot summer, and the lotus flowers were blossoming. You can see all the houses surrounded by small hills, green trees and grasses. It looks so peaceful and quiet，that I'm sure you can imagine the air must be very refreshing and intoxicating！ My cousin in law and nephews were catching fish in the pond, which is owned by my uncle and aunt. The villagers are very hardworking and friendly. They are always busy working in the early morning or late afternoon, and take a rest in between. Many of them are very excellent cooks, and can serve the best dishes in the world because they grow organic food by themselves. I have lots of good memories about my hometown and the people there. I think I have already run out of time, so I will end here！
