I usually listen to music or watch serials on Netflix. The perfect way to reduce
stress is to watch documentaries about nature. I especially like the ones by
David Attenborough. You can just sit or lie down and be as cool as an cucumber.
A super way to reduce stress is also doing yoga, I usually do this when I want
to stretch or simply exercise, but I am pretty sure that yoga reduce stress -
that's because I have never felt stressed after yoga. In conclusion I surely recommend for you to just lie
down on the bed, play the music you like and simply listen. Or you can play and sing. PS:that's also a good way to practise your English 😉😏
