I usually listen to music or watch serials on netflix. The perfect way to reduce stress is to watch documentaries about nature. I especially like the ones by David Attenborough. You can just sit or lie down and be as cool as an cucumber. A super way to reduce stress is also doing yoga, I usually do this when I want to strech or simply exercise, but I am pretty sure that yoga reduce stress - that's because I have never felt stressed after yoga. And it's a yoga you just cannot feel stressed after yoga😉😂. In conclusion I surely recommend just lie down on the bed play the music you like and simply listen. Or you can play it with lyrics and sing. PS:that's also a good way to practise your English 😉😏
