Question about time expression in British English
How do British people express these?
9:10 ten past nine/nine ten
9:30 nine thirty/half past nine
9: 15 a quarter past nine
9: 45 three quarters past nine/a quarter to ten
Are there any other unique ways people in Britain use to express these clocks? I just learned today that people in Britain also use "half + number" for "half past + number" (9: 30> half nine, for example), is it real?
