These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development? Nowadays a growing numbers of fathers decide to take the responsibility of babysitting kids with their mothers continue to work normally. From my perspective, there are two factors contribute to this, and it is an overall positive phenomenon. One the one hand, with the progress of feminist movements, women are in a more balanced position compared with before. Even after giving birth to a child, a woman is still encouraged to chase after her career goals to avoid leaving any regrets. One the other hand, younger generations pursue a freer and authentic lifestyle. There are a large number of fathers exist who find themselves more suitable to educate the kids, they make the appropriate decision following what their hearts tell them. Therefore, It significantly helps the society to evolve in a positive way. With wives continue working to have a sense of achievement, there no longer exists conflicts for women to abandon their career simply because they are forced to raise the child. Meanwhile, the kids who are raised and educated by mainly husbands will appreciate the amount of love from their father compared with the traditional way. For instance, there was a survey carried out that shows girls who spend more time with dads having less risks of experiencing toxic relationships with partners after they grew up. In conclusion, there are a variety of benefits for couples from experiencing this newly formed way, not just both genders are more fulfilled in sticking with their professions, but also the society is healthier going forward with this direction.

One the one hand, with the progress in feminist movements, women are in a stronger position compared with earlier times.
