What is the difference between "of me" and "of mine"? Is there an "its" , which is just like "mine", "hers" or "theirs" , a possessive pronoun?

To indicate possession, only "of mine" is correct. "Of me" works in constructions like "a picture of me" to mean a picture that shows me (not one I own). https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/96597/my-of-me-of-mine-when-to-use-these-possessive-constructions Yes, "its" exists.
