I do many different things in order to reduce stress. First of all, I meditate more or less 4 days a week. Then, I try not to live my life in a rush and so I force myself to do everything calmly even though I’m generally quite chaotic. Every day I try to dedicate some time to myself, doing things I like such as reading or studying English. Moreover, I believe that being surrounded by positive people helps to reduce stress and I try to do this too although it is not always possible.
