Do you believe that music is a good way to get english language? I live in a very small town, here we don´t have good english courses available (as l know) so l am tryin to learn english thru songs... Did it work to you?

I don't think it is. Half of the words in American music cannot be understood by native English speakers. They will sing the words with odd pronunciation and timing to make them fit into the beat and rhyme.

It works! However you should be serious about looking up new words you find in the song,then the songs have the advantage,that you are keen to listen to them again and again ( specially if you like them) ,so you will be practicing listening and pronunciation in an entertaining manner.

yes it's possible because I started to interest English with songs such as MADONNA,ROD STUART,BOB DYLAN,BEATLES , ELVIS......etc. They were wonderful!
