Olá!
Neste caso use: "Está quente" já que calor é uma consequência do tempo quente.

Uma correção. Em português a palavra é o "tempo" (não, "tiempo").

Está um calor!
Tá um calor! ("tá" é abreviação de "está" e não faz parte da norma culta)
O tempo está quente.
