Gli avverbi che in inglese terminano in - ly, in italiano terminano in - mente per cui onestamente e letteralmente.
Onestamente parlando e letteralmente parlando. Puoi anche posporre gli avverbi dopo il verbo, non necessariamente devono precedere il verbo.

There is no such equivalent expression like 'honestly speaking' or 'literally speaking',
It will be translated into Italian as 'honestly' or 'literally' only, they don't use any additional word (speaking ) to portray the same meaning.
