“鱼和熊掌不可兼得”用英语怎么说呢?
“鱼和熊掌不可兼得”is a saying in Chinese. It means you can't have two things in one time,when you want to get one thing ,you have to give up another thing.Is there any sayings in English which can express this meaning?

There is an English expression that says, "You can't have your cake, and eat it too!" If you have the cake you are not eating it. If you eat the cake, you don't have it.
