'The person in duty'
"Burada görevli kim?"
"Who's in duty here?"
But 'görevli' can also mean 'in charge', 'at work', 'employee', ...
Literally: görev+li = duty+with (with duty)
EDIT:
The exact translation is actually 'the dutied': the person with a duty charged upon him.
I don't think you will *ever* hear or read 'the dutied' anywhere though, use the examples from before.
