Please help me Can you explain me what is difference beetwin modal verb لازمand ضروري For example Can I say انا لازم امشي I have to go So if I don't wanna go but I have to go I can use word لازم Is it right or no? So can I use ضروريwhen I wanna say I must go( and it is my duty ) Is it right انا ضروري امشي And next question What is difference beetwin ممكنand يمكن ================================================ All you talking about is Egyptian Arabic dialect , i suggest u learn standard Arabic at first. in Egyptian Arabic,we use لازم more than ضروري,so if you would like to say "I must" it's better to use لازم ex: أنا لازم اروح المدرسة I must go to school necessary=ضروري like when you say in English "that's necessary"=ده ضروري the difference between ممكن and يمكن: ممكن=possible/can I...?/might.it's used in many situations,like:requesting permission,allowing (someone to do something),and to say that something will happen but you aren't sure. ex: ممكن اروح هناك؟ can I go there ? answer:ممكن yes,you can هو ممكن ينجح في الامتحان he might pass the test يمكن also used when you are not sure يمكن أحضر الحفلة (I) may attend the party. لازم = ضروري = have to OR must but in Egypt we use لازم More . and when you say i have to go (and its my duty ) you better say لازم also ------------ يمكن and ممكن is also the same meaning but different sub-slang . but stick to ممكن cause its the closest thing the common used in Egypt
