what is " 我上火了" in English?

I have internal heat.
This phrase is only known to Chinese Medicine.

好像英文表达里没有一个专门的表达来表示“上火了”。 上火一词应该也是来源于中医。主要是指人体内阴阳失衡、内火旺盛而导致身体出现一些热性的症状。所以我个人认为在表达的时候还是得根据所处的语境来表达。或许可以说“I suffered from excessive internal heat.” 但是仅仅说这个不知道外国朋友能不能明白。
