eager - looking forward to something
curious - interested in knowing about something
anxious - emotionally agitated or nervous about something.
"I am curious to know the answer to my question so I eagerly await your reply. Do not take too long to answer me because I am anxious about this." means "I am very interested in the answer to my question and as a result I am really looking forward to getting your reply, more so than usual. Do not take too long to answer because the implications of not knowing the answer make me so nervous and excitable, I just cannot sleep!"
