"colour" is English
"color" is American English

I think there's no difference at all. I mean, they both mean the same. Colour is the way the word's spelled in Britain and Australia (maybe in other countries as well). Color is they way the word's spelled in the USA. It happens too with other words ending in -our, like honour or rumour.
