By definition - Bingo: Used to express the sudden completion of an event, occurrence of an idea, or confirmation of a guess. For example, someone who is stumped by a problem and suddenly thinks of a resolution might exclaim "bingo!"

When someone asks you to guess and luckily you figure it out right. Then that someone will say Bingo. Basically like that, but could be sarcasm sometimes, et cetera.
