help related to language learning
i have enrolled to learn mandarin from a chinese university and want to know abt HSK 6 level preparation can i pass this level in 6 months or maximum in 1 yr?
bt at the same time i would like to tell that i have no idea about the chinese language...can anyone suggest or advice abt how should i go ahead...i want to pass this level for my job...and need help and guidance how can i prepare..which areas to focus ,etc things......

I have to remind you that Chinese is not an easy language to learn. 

To pass the test in only 1 year is kind a daydreaming. But you can always try. :)

I would say that your question is too general, you don't know where to start leaning Chinese, I don't know how to answer your question either.

But one thing is certain that it is not bloody likely that you can pass the HSK 6 within one year if you are starting from scratch.
