"It won't fit out of the hole." What does it mean?

This almost is a phrase that is said. The phrase is it wont fit into the whole. This has only a litteral meaning; when something does not fit in a whole. If you cant get it out, you would say, it is stuck in the whole - or - I cant get it out of the whole.
