Please read the case blew and answer the following questions. Here is an eamil from customer Kyle who ordered a Wireless Submarine Toy($18) from us for his customer: He received the item and there was a small piece that had broken off. No problem,he glued it back on.Then another piece broke off and he guled that back on.As it was a birthday present,his son opened it last weekend.He loved it.It worked great the first 2 times.Now the charge only lasts for a minute at best.We read the direction carefully and made sure the air plug was in tight.The lights still come on but it does't move much. Is this normal? If you are the customer service,what suggestions are you going to give? Do you think the customer will accept your suggestion and why? If the customer refuses to return it back for repairing and request a full refund,what will you say to this customer? what conclusion can you get from this case?
