I think a person should try to attain a way of life that makes them happy or, at least, content. I have had jobs that were bloody awful as the British say. I couldn't wait to get home. Now, I am studying in a field that is of great interest to me. I think people who don't make good worker bees should try to be their own boss in some sort of business. One isn't necessarily better than the other but some people are more suited to being in charge and some to being in an organization. There is a good book called The Peter Principle that talks about this.
