The song above is "blue spanish Eyes." It is an extremely loved song by many of South America, and was famous in America in the mid 70s. When the term Spanish eyes is used in these times/places their should be a connotation to the cherished sentiment that this song extrudes. Listen and you shall see. When I think of Spanish eyes, I think of brown eyes.. Piercing - hard to look into, then harder to look away from.

It means having dark deep romantic and distinctive eyes, if someone has complimented this to you, you have them;)

If someone thinks your eyes look like Spanish eyes, they would be dark and beautiful. People in Spain and Latin America might have Spanish eyes, and perhaps other people with dark eyes would have that feature.
