"식성", "기호", "취향", "입맛(informal)" are interchangeable when you choose something you want to eat, so that you can say.."입맛/식성/기호/취향에 따라 X,Y, Z 토핑중 하나를 고르세요".
1. to choose, 선택하다(formal), 고르다(informal a bit)
2. Please choose.... = ...을/를 선택하세요/고르세요
3. I personally recommend "취향" and "입맛" for toppings.
