i like this guy a lot!
He: if you met someone go for it.
Me: its hard to meet someone here.
He: well, i'll be around, we met once so we can meet again.
What does he really mean? is there any special meaning of "i'll be around?"

I'll be around - I will be in this area or similar areas in the future - so we will likely see each other again in the future.
The meaning of "to be around" is like "to be available", "to be present".
Example: If I say "my father was not around much when I was a child", it means often my father was not at home, and I did not see him often.

Hi Msyuyu. He means that in the future he'll be in the place that you met him. 他的意思是“我常常在这里,所以你会来这里就能碰到我”
